Newton’s Laws of Motion (āύāĻŋāĻāĻāύ⧰ āĻāϤāĻŋā§° āύāĻŋā§āĻŽ)
What is Newton’s Law of Motion ? (āĻŦā§āϝāĻžāĻā§āϝāĻž)
Newton’s Laws of Motion are three fundamental laws given by Isaac Newton that explain the relationship between force and motion of objects. These laws help us understand why objects move, stop, or change direction in our daily life.

Types of Newton’s Laws (āĻĒā§ā§°āĻāĻžā§°)
There are three types of Newton’s Laws of Motion: First Law, Second Law, and Third Law. These three laws together explain complete motion.

Newton’s First Law (Law of Inertia) (āĻĒā§ā§°āĻĨāĻŽ āύāĻŋā§āĻŽ / āĻā§āϤāĻžā§° āύāĻŋā§āĻŽ)
Newton’s First Law states that an object remains at rest or continues to move with uniform velocity in a straight line unless an external force acts on it. This means objects resist any change in their state of motion, and this property is called inertia.

Examples: i. A book on a table does not move unless pushed. ii. A sudden stop of a bus makes passengers fall forward.
Newton’s Second Law (āĻĻā§āĻŦāĻŋāϤā§ā§ āύāĻŋā§āĻŽ)
Newton’s Second Law states that the rate of change of momentum of an object is directly proportional to the applied force and occurs in the direction of that force. In simple terms, greater force produces greater acceleration, and heavier objects require more force to move.

Newton’s Third Law (āϤā§āϤā§ā§ āύāĻŋā§āĻŽ)
Newton’s Third Law states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This means forces always occur in pairs, and they act on different objects in opposite directions.

Quick Summary (āĻĻā§ā§°ā§āϤ āĻĒā§āύ⧰āĻžāĻŦā§āϤā§āϤāĻŋ)
Newton’s Laws explain motion completely: the First Law explains inertia, the Second Law explains force and acceleration, and the Third Law explains action–reaction pairs.
