This works because: a% of b = b% of a

Examples:

1. 20% of 50

Swap it: 50% of 20

Now calculate:

• 50% of 20 = 10


• So, 20% of 50 = 10

2. 15% of 40

Swap it: 40% of 15

Now calculate:

• 40% of 15 = 6


• So, 15% of 40 = 6
