Example / āĻāĻĻāĻžāĻšā§°āĻŖ : 225 − 171 = 54
1st: Units (āĻāĻāĻ) : 5 − 1 = 4
2nd: Tens (āĻĻāĻšāĻ) : 2 − 7 is not possible.
So, borrow 1 from the Hundreds place.
The Hundreds digit 2 becomes 1, and the Tens digit 2 becomes 12.
Now, 12 − 7 = 5
3rd: Hundreds (āĻļāϤāĻ)
1 − 1 = 0225Ans = 54
- 171
-----
54
