F1 = Help
F2 = Rename selected item
F3 = Search
F4 = Repeat the last action / With Alt + F4 = Close the active window
F5 = Refresh / Reload
F6 = Move the cursor to the Address Bar
F7 = Spell Check and Grammar Check (in supported applications)
F8 = Boot Menu / Startup options (during system startup)
F9 = Refresh fields / Update document (application-dependent)
F10 = Activate Menu Bar / With Shift + F10 = Right-click menu
F11 = Full Screen
F12 = Save As (in many Microsoft Office applications)
