Q1. Find: 3/5 of 20. ২০ৰ ৩/৫ গণনা কৰক।

 

Solⁿ

 

3/5×20 = 12, Ans: 12

 

Q2. Simplify the ratio: 12 : 48. ১২ : ৪৮ সহজ কৰক।

 

Divide by 12, Ans: 1 : 4

Q3. If a : b = 4 : 7, find 2a : 2b. // If a : b = 4 : 7 হলে, 2a : 2b কিমান ?

 

Multiplying both sides by same number doesn’t change ratio. Ans: 4 : 7

 

Q4. If 5 workers can finish work in 12 days, 10 workers will take how many days ? ৫ জন লোক ১২ দিনত কামটো কৰে, ১০ জন লাগিব কিমান দিন ?

 

 Inverse proportion → 5 × 12 = 10 × x ⇒ x = 6, Ans: 6 days

Q5. A and B invest ₹8000 and ₹12000. Profit = ₹90,000. Find each share. A এ ৮০০০ আৰু B এ ১২০০০ লগালে, মুঠ লাভ ৯০,০০০। দুয়োজনৰ লাভ কিমান ?

Ratio = 8000 : 12000 = 2 : 3Total parts = 5

 

A’s share = 2/5 × 90000 = 36000B’s share = 3/5 × 90000=54000

 

Ans: A = ₹36,000, B = ₹54,000

 

Q6. Find x: 6 / x = 9/12

 

Solⁿ : 6 × 12 = 9x ⇒ 72 = 9x ⇒ x = 8

Q7: The ratio of two numbers is 3 : 5. If their sum is 64, find the numbers. প্ৰঃ দুই সংখ্যাৰ অনুপাত 3 : 5। মুঠ যোগফল 64। সংখ্যাবোৰ কি ?

 

Solⁿ : Total Parts = 3 + 5 = 8, 1 part value = 64 ÷ 8 = 8

 

First number =3/8×64 = 3×8 = 24

 

Second number = 5/8 × 64 = 5×8 = 40

সমাধান

মুঠ ভাগ = 8, 1 ভাগ = 64 ÷ 8 = 8

প্ৰথম সংখ্যা = 3 × 8 = 24

দ্বিতীয় সংখ্যা = 5×8 = 40
